Polygon Vision provides digital image enhancement services primarily intended for real-estate professionals.

Customers upload photographs to the Polygon Vision platform, which are processed and enhanced using digital tools, including artificial intelligence and professional image-processing workflows.

The exact features, image allowances and other benefits included in each plan are described on the Polygon Vision website at the time of purchase.

Polygon Vision may offer different paid plans.

Current prices, billing periods, image allowances and features are displayed on the website before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in the currency indicated during checkout.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Polygon Vision reserves the right to change its prices or plans at any time. Any changes to recurring subscription prices will apply only in accordance with applicable law and the information provided to the customer.

Where a customer purchases a recurring subscription, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

By subscribing, the customer authorizes Polygon Vision and its payment service provider to charge the selected payment method automatically for each billing period.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally result in a refund for amounts already paid, except where required by applicable law.

Customers will retain access to the services included in their subscription until the end of the current paid billing period.

Each subscription may include a specified number of image enhancements per billing period.

The applicable allowance is displayed when selecting a plan.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the website, unused image allowances do not automatically carry over to future billing periods.

An image submitted for processing may count toward the customer’s allowance once processing has begun or been completed.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize the applicable charges when purchasing a Polygon Vision service.

If a recurring payment fails, access to some or all paid features may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

Customers retain ownership of the photographs and other content they upload to Polygon Vision.

By uploading content, the customer grants Marostone FZ-LLC a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, reproduce and technically modify that content solely as necessary to provide and operate the requested services.

The customer represents that they own the uploaded content or otherwise have all rights and permissions necessary to upload it and request its processing.

Customers must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

Polygon Vision aims to produce high-quality professional real-estate imagery while maintaining the visual integrity of the property.

However, digital and AI-assisted image processing may produce variations, imperfections or unintended results.

Customers are responsible for reviewing final images before publishing or distributing them, including ensuring that the images comply with applicable real-estate advertising and disclosure requirements.

Polygon Vision does not guarantee that every processed image will produce a specific commercial result, including increased enquiries, property views, sales or rental transactions.

Estimated processing or delivery times displayed by Polygon Vision are provided as estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Temporary delays may occur due to technical issues, unusually high processing volumes, third-party service interruptions or other circumstances outside Polygon Vision’s reasonable control.

Because Polygon Vision provides digital services that may begin processing immediately after submission, payments are generally non-refundable once the corresponding service has been performed or processing has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If a technical issue attributable to Polygon Vision prevents the purchased service from being delivered, the customer should contact alexraza.promo@gmail.com so that the issue can be reviewed.

Where appropriate, Polygon Vision may provide a replacement processing, account credit or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Customers must not use Polygon Vision to:

• upload unlawful or unauthorized content;
• infringe the rights of another person or organization;
• attempt to interfere with or compromise the platform;
• reverse engineer or improperly access the service;
• use automated systems to abuse the platform or circumvent usage limits;
• engage in fraudulent or misleading activity.

Polygon Vision may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse of the service.

Polygon Vision aims to maintain reliable access to its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances involving third-party infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marostone FZ-LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use of Polygon Vision.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Marostone FZ-LLC may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on the Polygon Vision website with its effective or “Last updated” date.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Marostone FZ-LLC in the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply to customers in their country of residence.
